Faith Bible Christian School, established in 1976, is located on the western edge of Hillsboro, Oregon. Hillsboro has approximately 75,000 residents and is located 18 miles west of Portland. The city is an agricultural center with light industrial manufacturing and is home to four of our country’s largest computer electronics companies. Students come from Hillsboro, Beaverton, Aloha, Forest Grove, Tigard, and Portland

Religious Affiliation

Founded in 1976, the school offers a comprehensive academic program built upon a Biblical foundation. Although it started out as a ministry of Faith Bible Church, it is now a separate non-denominational entity. Faith’s students attend over 60 different churches.

Academic Program

Faith Bible High School offers a comprehensive academic program designed to equip students for college and for success in their social and professional lives. Outstanding results of standardized achievement testing and college SAT tests point to the quality of our educational program. Low student/teacher ratios, traditional classroom style and schedule, committed teachers and a personal concern for each student’s success are the hallmarks of Faith’s outstanding reputation and tradition of excellence.

School Highlights

FBCS's four year high school and two year junior high have two 18-week semesters and four 9-week quarters. The school day consists of seven 45-minute periods. All students are required to have 7 classes per day.

Seventy-five percent of our graduating seniors attend colleges or universities and about 20 percent continue their education at vocational schools. The remaining 5 percent serve our country in the armed forces or find employment in local businesses or industries.

About one hundred fifty students attend Faith's high school and each year we graduate about 35 seniors. Faith Bible Christian School, located in Aloha, Oregon, serves about 400 students (grades P – 8) and supplies many of our incoming 9th grade students.
