Government / Economics

The first semester is a study of state and national governmental systems and how these function, how they affect us, and how we as Christians might influence them. In the second semester, the students study economic systems and how they answer the questions of what to produce, how to produce it, and for whom to produce it. Current political and economic issues are also discussed. Students are encouraged to analyze contemporary issues from a Christian perspective.

Textbook/Resource Materials Used:
American Government for Christian Schools and Economics for Christian School; Newspaper articles, Internet sources and magazine articles are used to supplement the course.
