New Student Application Fee
A new student application fee of $25 per student is due at the time of application for new student enrollment or at the time they are put on a waitlist.
New Family Entrance Fee
A new family entrance fee of $75 per student for new families enrolling is due at the time of enrollment. The maximum new family entrance fee per family is $300.00.
New International Student Entrance Fee
The new international student (I20) entrance fee of $1,000 per student is due at the time of enrollment. The application fee and new family fee stated above are not applicable for I20 students.

Enrollment & Tuition Fees

Enrollment fees are due at enrollment. Enrollment fees cover a variety of expenses, e.g. registration, books, activities, P.E. uniforms, student accident insurance, yearbook, etc. Additional activity fees may be required of students who choose to be a part of optional activities. In case of hardship, half of the enrollment fee may be paid at enrollment with the remainder due within 60 days.

Enrollment, application, new family and new international student fees are non-refundable. Payments with a credit or debit card will have 2% added to cover the additional processing costs.

Tuition Prepayment Discount
Families may choose 12 monthly payments beginning July 1st or 10 monthly payments beginning August 1st or a 3% discount is given for prepayment of the entire tuition before June 30th. Any student enrolling after June 30th may still receive the 3% discount if the entire tuition is prepaid within two weeks of enrollment.

Multiple Student Discount
Families with multiple students receive additional tuition discounts. Discounts are calculated from the oldest student to the youngest. Discounts are available only to 1st through 12th grade students. Pre-K or half day Kindergarten students do not receive a discount.

Pastoral Discount
A 25% discount is available to families whose parents or guardians are full-time pastors. A letter from the church is required and the 25% discount is applied prior to any multiple student discounts.

FBCS Tuition Scholarships

• Maximum Scholarship Available - $2,600 per student/$7,800 per family.
• In order to be considered for a scholarship, new families must have their registration paperwork complete & fees paid. Returning families must be re-enrolled.
• Applications may be processed online at www.cfslogin.com or they may be mailed or faxed. Our school code is 24112.
• The cost of application is $30 for each application. If you have any questions about CFA, their phone number is (719) 685-5783.
• Personal financial information, i.e. income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, is strictly confidential. Income verification is provided by applicants in the form of copies of state and federal income tax returns, paycheck summaries, etc.
• Financial criteria are reviewed by a committee of five volunteers, the finance manager, and a board member.
• Scholarship approvals are based on financial need.
• The scholarship committee has no knowledge of individual's private information while reviewing the applications. To retain confidentiality, names, social security numbers, addresses, and phone numbers are obscured from the copies that they review.
• Applications are accepted April through September. Late applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
